Upon cancellation, access to our services will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:
a. Technical issues: If our services fail to meet the specifications outlined in the service agreement due to technical issues on our end.
b. Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of subscription, provided that you have used our services according to the terms and conditions.
c. Service unavailability: If our services become permanently unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or business closure.

To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team within the eligible period and provide relevant details regarding the reason for the refund.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after approval.
In case of subscription cancellation, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining unused portion of the subscription period.

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to setup fees, domain registration fees, and any third-party service charges incurred during the subscription period.

In case of disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, Cloud Infinity Tech reserves the right to investigate the matter thoroughly and make a final decision based on the terms outlined in this policy.
